How to Make a Complaint

A friendly provider talking with a homeowner outside an older house in Salem Lakes

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Kevinended Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Kevinended Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please understand that Kevinended Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@kevinended.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
