Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to your use of kevinended.garden and the services offered through it by Kevinended Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Kevinended Septic Does

Kevinended Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or how it turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content on this site is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing reasons. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@kevinended.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The words and design of this site belong to Kevinended Septic or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Kevinended Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
